HIVE Installment Payment Plan (IPP)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You will have a choice of paying your item(s) in full OR choosing to enroll in the IPP.  The IPP provides an opportunity to pay remaining balance in up to three (03) installments (50% first deposit is a must)

Each installment purchase may only comprise of purchases made under the same invoice. Applicable for a minimum amount of BND 100.00

The payment will be produced monthly, showing the outstanding balance since the last payment.  You must enroll in the IPP at no administrative charges.  The IPP is not applicable for discounted or promotion items. The IPP will include the amount due every month(s).

ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible if you enroll in the IPP, agree to the IPP Terms and Conditions.

IPP PAYMENTS 

1. Your monthly installments will be calculated on the total balance at the time since after the first deposit, divided by the number of payments remaining for the term.
2. If you withdraw from the IPP, no refund is issued in any circumstances.

 PENALTIES        

1. A BND 10.00 late payment fee will be assessed each time you do not make the entire required payment by the due date, which is always the first day of the month. 
2. Failure to pay the amount due will result in placing an administrative hold on your records.  This administrative hold will prevent you from making any purchases in the future.
3. You will not be able to enroll in the IPP if you have a past due balance from a previous term.  Past due balances will need to be paid in full before you can opt into the IPP for the current term charges.
4. In the event you fail to perform any of your obligations under the IPP, you agree to pay reasonable collection costs incurred by the Hive Enterprise to recover the amount due, including, but not limited to collection agency fees, attorney fees, court costs and other fees to the extent permitted by Brunei Darussalam Law.  
5. Item(s) only can be collected after installment settled and must be collected within 14 days from the last payment or will be resell without prior notice and no refund is issued in any circumstances.

HOW TO AGREE TO THE INSTALLMENT PLAN

With HIVE installment and payment system:

• A notification will be sent to your e-mail account. You will not receive a paper bill.
• You can add authorized payers, such as family members, to your account. Authorized payers can also receive e-mail notices.
• You can pay your payment online with internet banking from your savings account pay to HIVE Enterprise account (BIBD/HSBC).

NOTE: Hive Enterprise will still accept in-person payments/CDM.

INSTALLMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE FOLLOWING:

PLAN A - DEPOSIT - 50% | 1ST INSTALLMENT - 20% | 2ND INSTALLMENT - 20% | 3RD INSTALLMENT - 10%

PLAN B - DEPOSIT - 50% | 1ST INSTALLMENT - 25% | 2ND INSTALLMENT - 25%

PLAN C - DEPOSIT - 50% | 1ST INSTALLMENT - 50%

LATE PAYMENT FEE

 A BND 10.00  Late Payment Fee will be assessed if the full installment payment is not received by the due date.
