HOW DOES IT WORK?

Fill out the form below and tell us more about your items. Within five working days of your submitting the form we will contact you via e-mail to confirm whether we are interested in selling the items on HIVE. If so, we will ask you for additional information regarding your items, which may include photographs. Please take care to note that HIVE only accepts items in Excellent - Very Good condition, Authentic, Pre-loved and all items must be dry cleaned prior our accepting them.

SELLING TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are the terms and conditions which apply between Potential Sellers / Sellers and the HIVE|Store. Please note that the Terms maybe be modified from time to time without prior notice.

1.     OFFERING ITEMS FOR SALE

In submitting a Selling form you are requesting that HIVE sell a piece on your behalf. Within 5 working days of your submitting a Selling Form, we will reply to you via email on whether we are interested in Selling your item or not. If you are based in the Belait, HIVE may offer the service of collecting your items to inspect and provide a proposal within 48 hours. For Sellers outside of main land, HIVE will ask you for additional information regarding the piece to establish an estimate proposal, which may include but is not limited to: 

-          CONDITION: HIVE only accepts items in excellent condition. Any and all defaults must be carefully noted by Seller. Most frequent defaults include: small marks and stains, makeup marks, unsewn hemlines, unsewn seams at zippers, missing buttons, marks on interior collar, missing tag - Designer, Size, Material, etc. Please note that it’s your responsibility to have all garments cleaned and repaired prior to sending to HIVE. Failure to do so may result in HIVE's refusal to sell your item and/or additional reparations charges to be borne by you (please see ACCEPTANCE / REJECTION clause below).

-          PHOTOGRAPHS: In order to establish an estimate we will need at least a simple snap shot of the items

-          PROOF of AUTHENITICY: HIVE reserves the right to ask for a proof of Authenticity, notably for handbags and jewelry

Based on the information provided, HIVE will provide Seller with an estimate proposal for approval. Once approved, HIVE will liaise with SELLER regarding pick-up and or delivery of items. Delivery the items to HIVE are at the sole responsibility of the Seller and we are not held liable for any items that are lost or misplaced in transit to us. Pieces are to be sent to: HIVE STORE, Block A, Unit 8, 1^st Floor, SetiaKenangan 2, Kampong Kiulap.

2.     ACCEPTANCE / REJECTION OF ITEMS

Once an item arrives in our stores, we will inform you via email or whatsapp and at this point let you know within 5 working days whether the items are conform to the estimate proposal previously provided. Should HIVE find that any of the pieces are not conform, we reserve the right to have them sent back to you.

Having examined the item, should we find that the price is too high or too low, we will inform you via e-mail or whatsapp. 

We require that all items that dry cleaned before being placed for sale on HIVE. Should we find any marks or stains that were previously unmentioned we will email you and seek consent to have the piece dry-cleaned at your cost and risk.

OUR MARKET PRICE

Whether you have just started or are looking for that next step, HIVE is the perfect opportunity you need to showcase and sell your work, in an affordable, organized and viable way. Shelf rental in take for new sellers is every 12 weeks and we rotate the shelves every 3 weeks. This means you can sell with us for as little as 12 weeks or stay on for as long as you wish! Start with one shelf and expand as you grow the options and flexibility gives you control over your business within HIVE.

ü  Registration fee BND 25.00 one time (non-refundable)

ü  One month rental plus one month deposit (deposit will be refund after contract ends)

ü  Minimum 3 months contract
